In a world of constant distractions, The Ashram is your sanctuary for true reset—mind, body, and soul. Our immersive, all-inclusive program is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, recharge your energy, and rediscover your strength—both inside and out.

Each day begins in harmony with nature, starting with sunrise yoga in our geodesic dome before setting out on scenic hikes through the breathtaking Santa Monica Mountains. Your journey continues with invigorating fitness sessions, from strength training to functional movement, capped off with our signature pool volleyball for a little fun and camaraderie.

After a day of movement and transformation, unwind with daily massage therapy—a cornerstone of The Ashram experience. Our skilled therapists help restore tired muscles, ease tension, and deepen your relaxation, ensuring your body feels as rejuvenated as your spirit.

The Ashram isn’t just a retreat—it’s a transformational experience. You’ll leave feeling stronger, lighter, and deeply connected—to yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you.

Your Daily Journey

( Arrive Sunday, Leave the following Saturday )

    • 5:30 AM – Wake up to a gentle knock on your door.

    • 6:00 AMSunrise yoga in our peaceful geodesic dome.

    • 7:00 AM – Nourishing breakfast – Eggie Tacos with fresh cilantro Pico de gallo salsa & sprouted tortillas.

    • 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM – Scenic guided hikes through the stunning Santa Monica Mountains (challenging, yet rewarding).

    • 2:00 PM – Light, gourmet lunch – Brown rice nori rolls with beet green salad & edible flowers.

    • 2:30 PM – Rest hour + daily sports massage to unwind.

    • 3:30 PMPool exercise + water volleyball (movement meets fun).

    • 4:15 PM – Afternoon snack – Immunity elixir with Carrot, Pineapple, Turmeric, Orange & Lemon.

    • 4:30 PMStrength & fitness training (circuit, free weights, & foam rolling).

    • 5:30 PMRestorative yoga for deep relaxation.

    • 7:00 PM – Wholesome dinner – Warm harvest bowl with chewy grains, crisp kale, & tender arugula.

    • 7:30 PM – Evening lectures & mindfulness – Breathwork, meditation & Soundbath

    • 8:30 PM – Lights out for a well-earned night’s rest.


Cozy Accommodations Surrounded by Nature

Our facilities are simple yet charming and relaxed. You will be sharing the week with 11 other guests in our two-story house. Our bedrooms are comfortable and quaint, with shared bathroom facilities. All rooms are booked as private unless two guests coming together prefer to share a double occupancy room.

A cozy living room with comfortable sofas in front of an inviting fireplace bids you to relax and share the day’s experiences with your newfound friends. Outside is our backyard patio and pool area. Get ready for a wild game of water volleyball, and then a soothing soak in our relaxing hot tub.

A long wooden table is the centerpiece of our dining area. Here is not only where nourishing and delicious meals are shared but where you truly feel the warm and friendly atmosphere that is so unique to The Ashram.

Our meditation and geodesic yoga dome built in the 70’s sits on a hill above the house and provides panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Nearby you will find small, private cottages where skilled massage therapists will knead the soreness and tiredness out of muscles. You are beginning to change. 


The Way We Eat

At The Ashram, we say, “We Don't Count Calories…We Count on You Loving it!” Our food is all organic, vegetarian and predominantly plant-based. It is wholesome, nutritious, and prepared by people who deeply enjoy every aspect of what they do.

Our guests will enjoy a variety of yummy dishes including, homemade granola with creamy almond milk and fresh berries, coconut chia smoothy bowl sweetened with unfiltered raw honey, tender baby greens with savory fresh hummus and a signature Ashram ramen soup with spiralized zucchini noddles in a baked sweet potato nest.

Fresh From the Garden

We seasonally grow most of the vegetables you will consume in our very own organic garden. It is a labor of love and a daily celebration of the harvest of nature's bounty. During your week, we encourage you to visit our garden where you can pick a succulent strawberry or  vine ripened tomato and learn about the benefits of different herbs such as oregano, thyme and lemon verbena.
